There are some days when I completely feel this way. I am sure you have had those experiences too. When this happens, it’s best to go easy on yourself and take a break if needed.
Just remember that you will get through it and there is nothing wrong with taking some time for yourself for whatever reason you need it.

Remember that this is a marathon and not a sprint. You will get through it! And then you can get back to the number one resolution- get more sleep! Yep, we all need more sleep.
